Down Payment Grant Program

To assist homebuyers who both live and work in Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's or Talbot Counties in Maryland with down payment costs so they can live close to where they work.

The buyer's agent must be a REALTOR member of MSBR and in the event that the buyer is not represented by a buyer's agent, then the seller's agent must be a REALTOR member of MSBR>
