Education Cancellation

At MSBR, we’re committed to offering high-quality continuing education, professional development, and networking opportunities to our members. Many of our CE courses, Lunch-and-Learns, and special events are made possible by the time and expertise of our dedicated instructors — often our valued Affiliate members — who generously volunteer their time to share meaningful content and training.

To ensure we can continue providing exceptional programming:

If you register for a class or event but can no longer attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
In the event of a last-minute change or emergency, a same-day phone call is appreciated.
Each session requires staff time to set up, communicate with instructors, manage AV and space logistics for in-person classes, and maintain accurate attendance records. Additionally, some classes fill quickly and may have a waiting list. When someone doesn’t show up without notice, it prevents us from offering that spot to another interested member and affects the overall experience for instructors and attendees.
